The general terms and conditions of the Dachshund Internet Store are determined by the conditions of purchase and sale of products, implemented by ZR “Leather inc” workshop for the production of leather products by traditional methods and Trade, Subotica (in further text: “Seller”). The general terms of operation of the Internet shop are defined in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection. An Internet store is an information system designed to represent and sell products to consumers. It is managed by ZR “Leather inc” workshop for making leather products with traditional methods and trade. The user is the person who uses the specified system, that is, the consumer in the Internet shop. The general terms of business define the activity of the Internet shop, the rights of users and the business relationship between the seller and the consumer.

The Dachshund Internet Store is provided with latest SSL security certificates that ensure that the entire connection between the seller and the buyer is secured by encryption. By ensuring that all data within this connection is secure and private, SSL encryption prevents hackers from stealing private customer information, such as credit card numbers, names and addresses.

The seller provides security and protection against the misuse of personal data. All consumer information is strictly kept and only available to employees to whom this information is necessary for doing business. The Consumer gives the Seller the consent to notify him of the sellers new offers, actions and discounts on e-mail address. The consumer at any time, by sending a request in written or electronic form, may withdraw his consent, after which he will not receive the any further notifications.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time runs from the first following business day after the order. For goods purchased through an online store, the delivery time is up to 21 (twenty one) days from the date of receipt of the order by the consumer.

Method of Delivery

The seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer in the following way:
By sending goods through the courier service of POST Export, where the delivery costs are borne by the Consumer. Deliveries are delivered to the delivery address for a period of up to 18 hours every working day. Please, at that time, ensure that at the address there is a person who can take over the shipment. When receiving a shipment, you need to visually inspect the package so that there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged (open), refuse the receipt of the shipment and inform us immediately. If the shipment appears to be free of damage, please receive the shipment freely and sign the courier address. The order received on business days up to 14:00 will be delivered to the indicated address 21 (five) days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer. The courier tries to deliver each item on two occasions. The usual practice is that if a courier does not find you at the address, he will try to contact you on the phone you left when creating an order, and contract a new delivery date. If it does not find you at the address, the courier leaves you a “Delivery report” with information on where and when you can receive the undelivered shipment (the closest shipping address). The shipment period is 21 working days, not counting the date of receipt and dispatch of the shipment. Furnace is not charged. After the eventual return of the package, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-receiving of the package and try to make a new arrangement for delivery.

Prices in Dachshund Internet Shopping

All prices are shown in Euro currency with VAT included, and with no hidden costs. The seller reserves the right to change the price, unless otherwise stated (in the case of shares and special discounts). Prices apply at the time of order creation and are valid and for the next period. The listed prices apply only to the purchase in the Internet shop and may differ from the prices in the Seller’s retail facilities.

Discalaimer

The consumer has the right to cancel his order/distance contract within 7 days from the moment when the goods arrive in the consumer’s country or the third party designated by the consumer, and which is not the carrier, without specifying the reasons and additional costs (in further text: the withdrawal from contracts). The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by a statement that he can give on a separate form for the cancellation of a distance contract, that is, outside the business premises or in another unambiguous manner (in further text: the withdrawal form).

The consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods he returns, which arises as a result of handling goods in a way that is not adequate or exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The seller is obliged to respond to the consumer in a declared complaint no later than eight days from the day of the submission of the complaint, in a written or electronic manner, while in the event of accepting the complaint, it is obliged to act upon the consumer’s request within the agreed time period as defined in the same Request for a complaint, which can not be longer than 15 days after filing a complaint. The seller will do everything in his power to reach a consensual solution to all disputes.

In the case of the return of goods and the repayment of funds to the buyer who previously paid by some of the payment cards, in whole or in part, and regardless of the reason for the return, The Dachshund is obliged to make a refund solely through VISA payment method, which means that at the request of the seller, the bank will make a refund at the account of the card user.
